1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to accept the return , provide refund or change for you if problem due hotdresshop. But Please provide photos to customers services which production department did wrong. Since they check each dress carefully with size and color before shipping ,There is no problem ,we also has the pictures before shipping , If you can’t provide pictures, design department can’t give you the solution . If problem due to hotdresshop verity ,customer services will send you the return address with email . Please do not return the parcel with address written in the bag , it is courier company address not ours .when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 15 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. When we confirm the arrival of the package you returned, we will refund you the payment and the refund will come to your card in 7-15 days , Please kindly wait For all the refunds the following information is needed:
a) The order No.
b) Item No.
c) Photo of the products you sent back and tracking number you return it
d) Photo of the shipping label on the package we sent to you
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non refundable.
The range of do not return: Goods that weren’t sold from hotdresshop. The dress that has been used, moved tags or soaked in the water. So after you receive it, please try on first, if it is fitted, then you can put off the tags and wash the dress. We appreciate your support of hotdresshop, hotdresshop will provide you with the best products and service. The final interpretation rights belong to hotdresshop.
Before sending your return, please fill out the exchange form included on your packing slip and enclose it in your package. Shipping charges do apply to exchange orders, and are the responsibility of the customer. International customers, please note that you will be responsible for the duties and taxes on any exchanges. All the goods you exchanges, please keep the completion of tags and packing, and the condition that do not affect re-sale. Since web sell is not same as real shop ,It is not the dressing room, Hope you can understand. How to cancel an order that has been paid?
We understand that ordering an item for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. We will send you email to confirm the order details in 12 hours .Please consider carefully to reply our email ,when you confirm it , the order will be process at once ,Once the tailoring process has begun,the materials cannot be reused.
The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.
Our Cancellation Policy:
For All Custom Made Dresses and All Standard Size Dresses
1.Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2.Orders cancelled 12 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
3.Orders cancelled 24 - 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 30% of the product purchase price.
4.Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.
5.Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
